With over 10,000 colleagues across 30+ countries, we create extraordinary experiences that connect communities and drive business growth through the power of live events.The OpportunityThe Senior Partnerships Manager at VidCon serves a dual role: driving traditional sponsorship sales while also developing and monetizing VidCon's creator ecosystem. You'll sell partnerships to brands across VidCon's diverse audience segments (Community, Creator, Industry, and VIP), while simultaneously building creator-led experiences that enhance sponsorship value. Working with prestigious clients such as YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Disney+, Hasbro, and The Coca-Cola Company, you'll create integrated solutions that benefit all stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesMulti-Audience Sponsorship SalesDevelop expertise in VidCon's distinct audience tracks (Community, Creator, Industry, and VIP) and their unique sponsorship opportunitiesCreate tailored sponsorship packages that address the specific needs and engagement patterns of each audience segmentIdentify and secure new partnerships with brand marketers, agencies, and creator economy companies across all audience tracksDevelop cross-track sponsorship opportunities that maximize brand presence throughout the entire VidCon ecosystemConvert prospects into long-term partners through consultative selling approachesAchieve and exceed individual revenue targets and KPIs across all audience segmentsCreator Ecosystem DevelopmentPackage creator-led experiences (meetups, panels, branded segments, content series) as monetizable inventory for sponsorsOversee talent relationships for creator-led brand or marketing opportunitiesLead special projects that bring sponsors and creators together to prototype new formats and experiencesProduce case studies showcasing the impact of creator-brand integrationsBuild programs that connect creators with brands across all audience tracksClient & Partnership ManagementWork closely with Account Management to share client goals and monitor delivery throughout the partnership lifecycleDevelop "Win-Win-Win" programs benefiting clients, business, and fans with focus on long-term partnershipsCollaborate with the Sales team to develop creator-aligned sponsorship decks and pitch materialsCross-sell clients into additional products and digital packages; upsell clients into promotional programs at eventsBring opportunities, challenges, and pipeline updates to collaborative sales meetingsKey Performance IndicatorsRevenue from traditional sponsorships and creator-led partnerships across all audience tracksNew business development and client retention ratesCreator satisfaction and community growth metricsSocial engagement and campaign reachCross-track sponsorship integration successQualificationsExperience & Skills5+ years carrying an individual sales quota in consumer/B2B event sponsorship with proven successDemonstrable connections with brand marketers and/or B2B marketing decision-makersExperience developing and monetizing creator-led experiences or influencer marketing campaignsAbility to quickly learn and become proficient in selling across diverse audience segmentsDeep understanding of experiential and digital media sales processes and client success metricsProficiency with PowerPoint sales deck creation and Salesforce (or similar CRM)Regular travel to events, sales meetings, and client visits is required, including potential international travel.Attributes for SuccessHighly motivated to close deals, uncover opportunities, and grow partnershipsAbility to present to and close brand stakeholders at all job levels with high emotional intelligenceAdaptability to understand and articulate value propositions for different audience segmentsSelf-motivated with strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skillsCollaborative team player who thrives in a matrix structurePassion for digital culture and the creator economyWhat We OfferOpportunity to shape the future of brand-creator partnerships at the world's premier digital culture eventComprehensive training on VidCon's distinct audience tracks and their unique sponsorship opportunitiesCollaborative, innovative team environment with global resourcesCompetitive compensation package including base salary and commission structureDirect access to leading creators and brands shaping digital cultureThe payfor this role is $90,000 plus commissionThis posting will expire 9/30Additional InformationWe believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face.
