Our proprietary, cutting-edge natural language processing capabilities transform unstructured data into meaningful experiences that increase productivity with unmatched accuracy and speed.The Opportunity:Pryon is seeking exceptional Strategic Partner Managers to drive growth through our most critical partnerships and strategic alliances. The ideal candidate brings a rare blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and technical expertise to deliver revenue and results from key verticals, which will be owned entirely by you. This person could capably command a product or pure strategy role but prefers to spend their time in the market directly driving revenue.The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient - capable of identifying opportunities, conducting technical demonstrations, managing complex sales cycles, and closing deals independently while leveraging partner channels for maximum This Role, You Will Be Responsible For:Partnership Development & StrategyCommand product and business strategy role while directly driving revenue.Own the complete relationship for assigned strategic partnersDevelop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies within partner ecosystemsIdentify, qualify, and develop new opportunities through partner channelsBuild and maintain C-level relationships within partner organizationsTechnical Sales & SolutionsConduct technical discovery sessions and deliver compelling product demonstrationsDesign and implement proof-of-concept engagements tailored to partner needsManage complex technical sales cycles from initial contact through contract closureServe as the primary technical resource for partner sales teamsRevenue GenerationMeet/exceed assigned quota targetsGenerate qualified pipeline and close business directly through partner channelsDevelop joint business plans and revenue forecasts with key partnersDrive partner-led deals while maintaining direct customer relationshipsPartner Enablement & SupportCreate and deliver partner training programs on Pryon technology and value propositionDevelop joint marketing materials, case studies, and go-to-market collateralSupport partner sales teams with technical expertise during customer engagementsEstablish best practices for partner collaboration and deal managementWhat You'll Need to Be Successful:Experience & Background7+ years in technical sales, business development, or partner management rolesProven track record of closing $M+ deals in enterprise technology marketsExperience working with major consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte) or cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferredBackground in AI/ML, enterprise software, or knowledge management technologiesTechnical CapabilitiesDeep understanding of enterprise software architectures and integration patternsAbility to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholdersExperience with APIs, cloud platforms, and modern software development practicesKnowledge of AI/ML concepts, particularly RAG and knowledge management systemsBusiness & Sales SkillsDemonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic partnership plansStrong negotiation and deal structuring capabilitiesExperience managing long, complex B2B sales cyclesTrack record of building relationships with senior executives and technical decision makersPersonal AttributesEntrepreneurial mindset with high degree of self-sufficiencyExceptional communication and presentation skillsAbility to work effectively in fast-paced startup environmentStrategic thinker capable of seeing the big picture while executing tacticallyResults-oriented with strong accountability for revenue outcomesBenefits for Full Time Employees:Remote first organization100% Company paid Health/Dental/Vision benefits for you and your dependentsLife Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability401kUnlimited PTOWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is authorized to work in the United States.
