Whether working with a team of colleagues or with clients, we ensure that we foster a culture that celebrates differences and builds on shared connections.We have an opening for a Program Solution Consultant/Manager on our Event Program Design team, whose main responsibility will be to support new and existing clients designing non-technical programs leveraging Cvent technology and services. In this role you will be a critical member of the sales lifecycle conducting in depth analysis of the client's needs and identifying the correct solution moving forward that will meet their goals and objectives. Additionally, you will identify expansion opportunities within client accounts and develop strategies to ensure adoption. You will be required to demonstrate a high level of non-technical analysis, effectively be able to communicate a proposed solution and foster and maintain positive relationships with Sales and Client Services This Role, You WillIdentify and support designing event programs for our clients that are tied to opportunities, such as contract renewals, cross-sells, and up-sells (such as adding additional apps to clients’ packages), etc.Perform evaluation on the client's current total event program and design a program using Cvent technology and services that align with their business goals.Ensure relationships with key decision-makers for accounts that will provide business are continuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grownEffectively and accurately manage personal opportunity support pipeline to maximize all business opportunitiesMaintain positive relationships with teams across the organizationMonitor and report sales activity within the systemPerform other duties as assignedTravel as neededHere's What You NeedBachelor’s degree is required (strong academic performance is desired)At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing, revenue-generating role (more is welcomed)Project Management Professional certification is preferredAbility to multi-task and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environmentMust be able to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include relationship management, consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product functionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh degree of computer literacy is a mustThis is not a technical position.
