Apply via Dice today!RESPONSIBILITIES:A client with Kforce is seeking a Staff Product & Experience Designer to join their team onsite in Mountain View, CA.Overview:The client is seeking an accomplished Staff Product & Experience Designer. You will lead by understanding employee needs and journeys across HR products and services.Duties Include:Designing and collaborating closely with the lead Experience Designer to develop intuitive, delightful, and strategic end-to-end experiencesWhile ServiceNow is key, your focus is the holistic employee journeyYou excel in complexity, simplifying processes and stakeholder needsHolistic Experience Strategy: Define the strategic vision for prioritized HR products/services, identifying innovation; Lead employee journey mapping and optimizationIdeal State Design: Design and orchestrate seamless experiences across the product/service lifecycle (concept to iteration); Includes service blueprints, information architecture, and ideal state design; AdvancedData & Research: Leverage existing data/research; Design and execute new research (e.g., interviews) for deep insightsExperience-Led Requirements: Translate employee needs and design insights into actionable product/experience requirements for technology (including ServiceNow); Prioritize solutions elevating (ex: Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate workshops and strategic sessions, aligning senior stakeholders on objectives and roadmaps)Iterative Prototyping & Testing: Design and oversee prototypes; Use rigorous testing for concept validation and rapid iterationSystems Thinking & Process Reimagination: Apply design and systems thinking to reimagine HR processes and product architectures; Identify strategic efficienciesStrategic Change & Adoption: Partner with product and change management on new product/service designs for successful adoption and measurable valueREQUIREMENTS:8+ years progressive Product Design, Service Design, UX Strategy, or similar senior design leadership experienceStrong portfolio of large-scale product/service designsProven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap from an experience-led perspectiveMastery in simplifying complex business processes in regulated industries (e.g., insurance, health services)Expert-level proficiency in product and service design methodologies/tools (product lifecycle design, journey mapping, blueprinting, prototyping)Deep expertise in various research methods (qualitative/quantitative)Exceptional executive-level communication, facilitation, and storytellingProfound understanding of human-centered design and passion for employee advocacyAbility to provide strategic clarity in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, influencing across product/service domainsExtensive experience leading design in large-scale organizational transformationsExperience in regulated industries like insurance or health services is highly valuedThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
