Please click here to apply internally.Join the Discovery family, where quality and service are at the heart of everything we do!This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s Corporate Office locations in Beverly Hills, CA.Discovery Land Company is seeking a full-time, year-round Senior Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Department.Job SummaryThe Marketing Manager works as part of the Discovery Land Company’s Corporate Marketing team contributing across multiple marketing channels (print, digital, events) with an emphasis on assisting with copywriting and PR. This person will also support project marketing initiatives executed from the corporate office.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for handling corporate and marketing communication.Assist with press materials including but not limited to press releases, Q&As, strategies, etic.Writing copy for marketing materials including but not limited to brochures, FAQs, email newsletters, etc.Support in print and digital asset creation and management.Liaise with property-level marketing leads on development and management of PR and marketing initiatives, as needed.Support and assist in the coordination of corporate-led events.Managing photography and videography assets for the corporate office.Additional marketing duties as needed.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree with a focus on business and marketing, PR/journalism, or adjacent is preferredMinimum of 5 years in marketing, representing high-end luxury brands or relevant industryExcellent writing skills, including press release creationExperience with crisis communications is a plus, but not requiredExperience with community relations / public affairs is a plus, but not requiredDemonstration of work success in a client-service / customer service environmentComputer literate in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as Apple products and servicesTrack record of producing and presentation of marketing assets in a fast-paced and agile environmentAbility to think and act strategicallyResults OrientedCollaborative communication skills and work well in a team environmentFlexibility and ability to pivot to new projects and desire to work in fast-paced environmentBenefitsCompetitive PayMedical, Dental, and Vision Benefits401k ContributionPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysEmployee Meals, Referral Incentives, and Recognition ProgramsHoliday PayProfessional development and upward mobility opportunitiesWork-Family CultureThe compensation for the position is starting at $130,000 + Bonus.About UsDiscovery Land Company is a U.S.-based real estate developer and operator of private residential communities with a world-renowned portfolio of domestic and international properties.
