About the RoleTheB2B InteriorDesigner will support the Business to BusinessInteriorsteam and work with the rest of thedesign, sales and operations teams to pull together projects and presentations for clients. You will also help create a portfolio of projects that can be used as sales tools and marketing collateral to attract new clientele.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross functional partners including our sales team to support our customers with the best solutions possibleManage high volume of complex projects at a timeSpace plan furniture layouts and create test fitsCreate furniture and room matrixes for multi-unit projectsSpecify the best furniture solutions for our clients using our wide assortment across our 9 brandsCreate compelling design presentations to help sell our productMust be able to work with aesthetics of the various Williams-Sonoma brands including West Elm, Pottery Barn, Rejuvenation and Williams Sonoma Home as well as able to cater to individual clients’ tastes and requirementsStay on top of current and past industry trendsTransport materials and equipment and lift, move and carry objects up to 50 pounds on a limited basisCriteriaBachelors or master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design5-10 years ofCommercial InteriorDesignexperience *Hospitality design background preferredProficient in AutoCADProficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Proficient in Microsoft suites (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Knowledge of contract furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specificationsGraphics and visualization skills to effectively communicatedesignideasHighly organized with excellent time management skillsHave excellent communication and presentation skillsHighly motivated and can easily pivot as neededRemote position#LI-LG1Our Culture & ValuesWe believe that taking care of our people is vital to our success and we strive to offer equitable and transparent practices for all.
