Overview Job Title: Director of Performance Improvement Locations: New York, NY or Chicago, IL A rapidly growing professional services firm is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Performance Improvement to lead high-impact initiatives across cost optimization, revenue growth, and post-merger integration. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a background in performance improvement, value creation, or strategy & transactions, looking to drive measurable transformation across a dynamic organization. Base pay range $180,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Selby Jennings Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on cost reduction, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.Design and implement revenue growth strategies, including pricing optimization, service innovation, and customer experience enhancements.Manage post-merger integration efforts, aligning systems, processes, and teams to maximize value realization.Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and execute strategic opportunities.Develop and monitor KPIs to track initiative success and ensure accountability. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in performance improvement, value creation, strategy & transactions, or related fields.Proven success in driving cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and post-merger integration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.Experience in professional services or a related industry is preferred.MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
