Our expertise spans the partnerships and affiliates channel, encompassing affiliate marketing, brand partnerships, podcasts, influencer marketing, and more. We work with leading brands that are in a high-growth phase, like Airbnb,Canva, Uber, Brex, Masterclass, Xero, and more. HG is a newer (established mid-2019), lean, and growth-minded agency working with innovative brands to meet their acquisition needs. Faced with an increasingly global client base, we are looking to expand our footprint globally as we look to expand our coverage and business model.Role OverviewWe are looking to hire an associate to staff our accounts. The ideal candidate will have internship-level experience and should be able to work well in a team environment. This is a hybrid role based in our Chicago office with the ideal candidate being able to work in the office at least two days per week. This role will assist to drive meaningful growth through traditional and unique opportunities for leading global brands.This is an exciting and critical position in building and scaling user acquisition with a top-tier agency in the growth stage. The associate will have exposure to many different aspects of Partnership Marketing and overall company building in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.What We’re Looking ForInternship-level experience. 1+ years of work experience in a client-facing capacity is a plus.Be able to establish and build strong relationships with key publisher affiliates and networks around the world – scaling the publisher while driving continued innovation through the channel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. There will be a great deal of coordination through email and calls, so it is imperative to represent HG in the most professional manner fortable with Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel. We work with a lot of data and need to be able to extrapolate and summarize data to optimize and make decisions to present to our clients.KPI-driven and results-oriented to drive innovation in the execution.Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint. There will be many instances that require presenting our work to clients, which will require creating decks as client deliverables.The Candidate will need to be a quick learner and adaptable. Hamster Garage services brands in all verticals. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly learn different business models and adapt to varying client priorities.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.The candidate will have a good eye for design.Resourcefulness is vital to this position.
