This will be an onsite role, 5 days a week.About Perosphere TechnologiesPerosphere Technologies, a rapidly growing portfolio company of Connecticut Innovations, is revolutionizing point-of-care diagnostics for patients at risk of bleeding and thrombosis. Our flagship product, the ClotChek Coagulometer, is the only available point-of-care device that effectively measures clotting times across drug classes, including Direct Oral Anticoagulants (DOACs)—a critical unmet need in hospital emergency departments worldwide. ClotChek delivers rapid, precise results that enable better treatment decisions, improve patient outcomes, and can drive hospital efficiencies.Backed by leading investors including Advantage Capital Partners, Ambit Health Ventures, and NIH, and having launched commercially in Europe in 2024, we are now preparing for U.S. launch and scaling our operations accordingly.Position Overview - Senior Manager/Director of MarketingPerosphere is seeking an experienced Senior Manager or Director of Marketing to support our strategic initiatives and develop our go-to-market strategy for a hospital focused diagnostic. This role will focus on HCP engagement, and commercial launch of our breakthrough diagnostic technology.This individual will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, hospital adoption, and successful launches. Candidates must bring expertise in hospital-based product launches, experience working with HCPs in specialties like neurology, emergency medicine, cardiology, and hematology, and a strong understanding of evidence-based marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesLaunch Strategy & Brand DevelopmentLead development and execution of strategic planning, brand messaging, and launch plans.Translate complex clinical data into compelling narratives and educational content.Design omnichannel marketing campaigns tailored to hospital-based HCPs and decision-makers.Go-to-Market & Hospital AccessCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, med affairs, and operations to align on plan and execution.Build tools and resources to drive awareness, education, and adoption in hospital settings.Data-Driven OptimizationLeverage insights from stakeholders, competitive landscape, and market research to drive marketing plans.Identify and monitor KPIs to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.Stay current with emerging clinical data and changing hospital environment.Partner closely with internal teams and external agencies to drive cohesive brand execution.Partner with creative, PR, and marketing vendors for high-quality, compliant output.Guide cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment on key brand objectives.Operational & Budget ManagementManage and allocate brand marketing budget efficiently.Maintain timelines, prioritization, and resource planning across multiple workstreams.Ensure all materials and activities meet regulatory and legal standardsAbout You10+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience in roles with increasing responsibility.Professional experience with Point of Care (PoC), devices, or hospital-based products.Significant HCP marketing experience, with a strong track record launching drugs in hospital or acute care settings.Understanding of DOACs or anticoagulation, cardiovascular, or hospital-based therapeutic areas is preferred.Knowledge of FDA and EMA regulatory environments.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skillsFamiliarity with access challenges, reimbursement strategies, and formulary dynamics in hospital settings in the US and European markets.Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable strategyExcellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsExperience managing budgets, agency partnerships, and project executionBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD) preferredWillingness to travel (up to 30%) US/internationally for launch preparation, meetings and customer engagementWhy Work at Perosphere Technologies?Purpose-Driven Work: Help shape the standard of care for millions of patients on DOACs.Market Opportunity: ~$1B addressable market across U.S. and EU hospital systems.Growth Trajectory: Company headcount has doubled in 15 months; more growth ahead in 2025 and novation & Impact: Be at the forefront of hospital-based precision diagnostics.Perosphere Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
