Managing a portfolio of over 160 hotels across the United States, we offer extensive growth opportunities for our partners and investors, and exceptional hospitality career opportunities for our team members.Job SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting with planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns by conducting market research, generating content ideas, managing relationships with key marketing vendors, tracking campaign performance, and analyzing data to measure performance.Essential Functions and DutiesManage online presence with an emphasis on creating unique and engaging content for branded hotel websites and vanity websitesCollaborate with designated hotels and F&B outlets to create forward-looking identity statements used to drive messaging through online channels, social media, PR, and collateralTrack and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, impressions, engagement rates)Use CMS to update hotel websitesManage hotel and restaurant social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedInRepresent the brands across all channels to ensure consistent brand identity and positioningDevelop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goalsCreate engaging content (text, images, videos) for various platformsManage social media calendars and posting cadenceRespond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional mannerEngage with followers and build relationshipsAnalyze social media data to identify trends and measure campaign performanceAssist designated hotel and outlets with communication materials (flyers, signs, eblasts, etc.), design, and creation of new materialsAttend hotel and outlet events to create content for social channelsBuild partnerships in the community to increase brand awareness and create unique guest experiencesPrepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance for key stakeholdersReasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experienceHospitality industry experience preferredBasic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS systems, Canva, Google Analytics/Ads, Meta Business Suite)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and content creationAttention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with social media management and content publishingEagerness to learn and adapt to new digital tools and technologiesAnalytical mindset for monitoring KPIs and campaign performanceWork EnvironmentPrimarily works in an office environment with frequent use of computers and digital toolsRequires extended periods of sitting and focused work on multiple projectsOccasional interaction with external partners and internal teams, both virtually and in-personAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic settingAttend property events in the evenings and weekends as neededEqual Employment OpportunityStonebridge is committed to equal employment opportunities.
