We are a collaborative, cross-functional group of software engineers, QA specialists, product managers, DevOps, and analysts working in an agile environment.We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our team and take ownership of design initiatives across our diverse product portfolio. You will work independently on complex design challenges while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions that drive business impact across both existing products and new initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership & ExecutionLead autonomous design projects from concept through delivery, including user research, ideation, and testingDevelop comprehensive design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors for complex workflowsCreate and optimize information architecture that balances usability with technical constraintsDesign and deliver high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypesConduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions with qualitative and quantitative dataCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with product management and engineering teams to define requirements and develop innovative solutionsFacilitate design ideation sessions and drive creative problem-solving initiativesPresent design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all organizational levelsInnovation & ImprovementResearch and implement emerging design trends and technologies, including AI enhancements for user experienceContribute to the evolution of our design system and maintain consistency across productsMentor junior designers and contribute to team knowledge sharingDrive continuous improvement initiatives within the design processQualifications & Skills3-5 years of UX / UI design experience with a proven track record of successful product launchesAdvanced proficiency in user interface design processes and methodologiesStrong ability to align design solutions with business objectives and user needsExperience utilizing metrics, optimization techniques, and research to inform design decisionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various development stagesProficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping platformsExperience with user research methodologies and usability testingUnderstanding of responsive design principles and accessibility best practicesSalary & BenefitsThis position offers full-time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package.
