This role involves managing clients and workloads with dynamic strategies and support. Responsibilities include building distribution channels from institutional clients and successful independent producers through life insurance sales. We promote growth as individuals and leaders within your community.Responsibilities:Implement sales concepts aligned with industry, company, and compliance standards.Drive target premium sales through third-party producers.Provide point-of-sale and post-sale support, nurturing relationships.Build and maintain relationships with independent retail producers, institutional offices, and insurance specialists.Engage in ongoing training and peer-support programs.Assist in case design and sales presentations for producers.Collaborate on carrier, product, and pricing recommendations with marketing teams.Utilize CRM tools for reporting and documentation.Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities.Perform other duties as assigned.Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. Significant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.Basic Requirements:Over 3 years of experience in life insurance sales or wholesaling, with emphasis on client interactions and personal production.Proactive in seeking sales opportunities and creating relationships.Confidence and persistence in client relationship management.Knowledge of underwriting and case termediate to advanced knowledge of insurance products and planning techniques.Ability to present concepts effectively to groups of 2-50 people.Designations such as CLU, ChFC, CFP; Series licenses and Life, Accident & Health licenses preferred.Preferred Requirements:Experience working with financial advisors, RIAs, and institutional relationships is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
