We aim to help you grow professionally and personally.Are you ready to elevate your career?We seek a Sales Vice President specializing in Life Insurance to manage client relationships and develop distribution channels through the sale of life insurance. Our goal is to foster your growth as a leader and community contributor.Responsibilities:Implement sales strategies aligned with industry and compliance standards.Drive target premium sales via third-party producers.Provide support at point-of-sale and post-sale, nurturing relationships.Build and maintain relationships with independent retail producers, institutional offices, branch managers, and insurance specialists.Engage in ongoing training and peer support programs.Assist in case design and sales presentations.Collaborate on product and carrier selection with marketing teams.Use CRM tools for reporting and documentation.Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities.Perform additional duties as assigned.Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferred; significant experience may substitute. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.Basic Requirements:Over 3 years of experience in life insurance sales or wholesaling with a focus on client interactions and personal production.Proactive in seeking sales opportunities and building relationships.Confident and persistent in client engagement.Knowledge of underwriting and case termediate to advanced knowledge of insurance products and planning techniques.Ability to present concepts effectively to groups of 2-50 people.Designations such as CLU, ChFC, CFP, Series 7/24/6/63, and licenses in Life, Accident & Health preferred.Preferred Requirements:Experience working with financial advisors, RIAs, and institutional relationships is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
