Qualified candidates will be contacted as positions become available.Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee, manage, prepare, analyze, and provide advice to wealthy families on all aspects of personal financial planning including but not limited to:InvestmentsEstate planningTax planningDebt managementInsuranceWork closely with client families with a focus on a consultative, multigenerational approach and have a thorough and comprehensive understanding of these familiesResearch on investment ideas and wealth management strategiesAssessing financial decisions and situations and thinking creatively of logical plans to evaluate the client’s options and put together a quantitative and qualitative analysisPreparation of financial reports and presentations for clientsCoordination and execution of investment strategiesResponsible for attending client meetings and providing input in these meetings, talking to clients on the phone, and coordinating most of the work and communication with the client’s outside advisors (CPA’s, Attorney’s etc.)Managing the flow of all projects for assigned clients and driving them to completionMust be able to profile prospects and clients regarding their values, needs, goals, and their full financial pictureMust be able to deliver highly complex holistic solutions to clients in a simple and straightforward fashionResponsible for mentoring managers and senior analysts by training, teaching and developing their careers at the firmOther administrative duties as assigned by managementMinimum Position Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from accredited university, graduate or professional studies including JD, LLM, CPA, or CFPMinimum 7-10 years’ of wealth advisory to high-net worth and ultra-high net worth family clientsMust have completed the CFP program, or in process of completionMust have extensive experience working with family clients of significant wealth and ideally, understand how to optimize an industry-leading platform to serve ultra-affluent family clientsExperience and expertise in multigenerational family client advisoryMust have strong understanding of wealth management processAbility to maintain extreme confidentiality in dealing with client mattersMust consent to and have favorable consumer report, background check and drug/alcohol testOther Essential Candidate Traits:Asset allocation and application to each client’s goalsPerformance reporting and how to interpret numbersEstate planning and estate reduction strategiesAbility to perform property and casualty assessmentUnderstand how to evaluate life insurance and the product optionsKnowledge and demonstrated integration of solutions across wealth management disciplines highly preferredA well-known and expert presence with established centers-of-influence highly desirableProven ability to develop new business individually and in conjunction with teamAbility to be proactive and anticipate issues; works quickly and proactively to solve themWillingness to learn, expand responsibilityNO AGENCIES PLEASETolleson Wealth Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
