Responsibilities include market assessment, client management, team coordination, staff development, project management, and improving technical competencies.Additional duties:Provide leadership on multi-discipline projects and programs, including large capital programs, traditional project delivery, and alternative methods.Lead program growth for transit, intercity, and freight rail sectors; support strategic growth and client relationships.Assist in expanding services and winning contracts; support staff development and market needs alignment.*LI-MR1Required QualificationsMinimum 10 years in transportation planning or engineering, with significant sector experience.Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning, or related field.Engineering registration if applicable.Experience in strategic marketing, client relations, staff development, and industry involvement.Preferred Qualifications15+ years in transit engineering and planning for major infrastructure projects.Experience with capital programs from planning to construction for various clients.Strong client relationships within the transit and rail sectors in the Central Region.Knowledge of transit funding programs and strategic marketing.Why HDRWe foster a culture of collaboration, employee ownership, and growth.
