About the Role:Realm.Security, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, talented sales executive dedicated to making a difference in global security by helping organizations cut costs and improve outcomes by transforming how they manage and route security data.This is a remote role with a slight preference for Boston, MA.As the Channel Account Manager, you are managing partner relationships and channel strategy to support Realm.Security’s mission, enable customers to truly own their security data. The successful candidate has executive-level contacts and is flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing situations. You must be extremely results-driven, customer-focused, technologically savvy, and innovative at building internal relationships and external partnerships to attack the market with passion!What You'll Do:Identify, develop, and execute the channel and partner strategy to close new business partnerships and expand revenue with customers across the assigned region; independently and cooperatively.Identify, nurture, and expand relationships within the cybersecurity channel community.Coordinate and organize collaboration across North America to increase Realm’s market exposure and critical mindshare within the partner community.Collaborate with operative peers across functions (including the Field Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development) to deepen the relationship throughout the channel community.Work cooperatively with partners to leverage their established account presence and relationships.Create both long-term and short-term execution plans, being able to communicate at an executive level with complete command of your business.What You'll Need:5+ years of a strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS technologies and how to align with key channel partnersSignificant and proven experience developing relationships with senior executives.An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.Ability to explain complicated concepts to a variety of audiences and skill levels.Demonstrated experience building deep channel relationships, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.Strong problem solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain swift resolution.Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills.Possess the drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced company.Self-motivated ability to work independently and as part of a team with cross functional groups ie. Sales Engineers, Channel Partners, Sales Development, MarketingStrong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally.Ability to work remotely and able and willing to travel on short notice, up to 50% of the time.*** We are not open to working with 3rd parties or recruiters on this opening *** #J-18808-Ljbffr
