In this role, you’ll help clients harness AI to drive business transformation — streamlining operations and ultimately increasing portfolio performance.You’ll guide customers through product launches, drive adoption of new AI capabilities, and serve as a long-term strategic partner. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll shape how we deliver AI at scale and define best practices for AI-powered success in property management.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide clients through implementation, aligning on business goals and ensuring quick time-to-valueHelp customers reimagine workflows and decision-making by embedding AI into their daily operationsOwn a portfolio of high-value and complex accounts, identifying opportunities to deepen adoption and deliver measurable ROIDesign repeatable strategies to support product rollout and long-term success across customer typesLead data-driven conversations that tie AI performance to client KPIs and long-term objectivesSupport clients through change management, helping teams embrace AI and integrate it into core processesProvide structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and Operations to continuously improve the platformRequirements4+ years of experience in consulting or client strategy within a tech or startup environmentStrong executive presence and the ability to advise clients on business transformation initiativesAnalytical mindset with a knack for turning insights into strategic recommendationsExcited by emerging technology and passionate about the real-world impact of AIComfortable with ambiguity and eager to build playbooks and processes from scratchCurrently manage a book of business of at least $2.5M ARRMust thrive in working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to prioritize effectively and get things doneWillingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, a comprehensive benefits & perks package, and commission for the TCSM role. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
