Orthopedic Senior Sales Leader, Extremities/TraumaJoin to apply for the Orthopedic Senior Sales Leader, Extremities/Trauma role at Arthrex Sales Agencies.OverviewThe Extremities & Trauma Senior Sales Leader is responsible for sales support and technical expertise for Arthrex Extremities & Trauma products, including specialty plates and screws, intramedullary nailing, external fixation, biologics, and soft tissue repair products. The role involves educating customers, supporting employee development, and consulting with surgeons in operating rooms, working closely with Arthrex Corporate Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales quotas by identifying opportunities within the territory.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead the team to meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory.Build and maintain strong customer relationships; develop and implement sales municate with current and new customers about product updates, changes, and educational programs.Implement sales and marketing plans to position the organization competitively.Create and submit team quotas to sales leadership.Establish relationships with residency and fellowship programs to promote product adoption and brand awareness.Support product managers with quota development.Develop plans and meetings to ensure team accountability for quota achievement.Identify prospects' needs and respond appropriately.Cross-sell products and manage new product introductions.Receive coaching and transfer knowledge to team members.Lead by example, analyze sales performance, and identify growth opportunities.Analyze market trends and competitor activities for growth and differentiation.Manage responsibilities under deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly.RequirementsEducation and ExperienceMinimum 5+ years of distal extremities and/or trauma experience.Bachelor’s degree.Ability to relate to customers within the orthopedic/sports medicine fortable in open operating room environments.Knowledge of orthopedic procedures, terminology, and OR protocols.Ability to learn technical information, anatomy, and indications related to surgery.Prior sales experience is a plus.Skills and TrainingMS Office proficiency.Strong communication and public speaking skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.Self-confidence and competitive drive.Ability to work independently and pliance with all policies.Tools and EquipmentValid driver’s license.Access to personal transportation.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior level.Employment type: Full-time.Job function: Sales and Business dustry: Health and Human Services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
