Is that you?About the RoleWe are hiring a Demand Generation Manager to lead our efforts in scaling inbound pipeline through smarter digital strategy, high-converting web experiences, and performance-focused programs. You’ll own website performance as a key demand lever and champion initiatives that turn interest into action across paid, organic, and content-driven channels.This role blends strategy and execution. You’ll bring deep expertise in SEO and CRO, a keen eye for funnel optimization, and a bias for experimentation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across content, RevOps, product marketing, and development to continually improve how we generate, capture, and convert demand.Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation & Growth StrategyDesign and own strategic demand gen programs that increase awareness, accelerate buyer journeys, and drive a qualified pipeline.Work across channels (organic, paid, email, webinars, content syndication, etc.) to align marketing efforts with buyer intent and revenue goals.Champion an always-on experimentation culture - identifying new tactics, channels, or technologies to test and optimize.Website Performance & Conversion OptimizationOwn the website - providing demand gen insights, conversion priorities, and campaign integration needs.Lead CRO efforts: conduct audits, A/B tests, heat mapping, and behavioral analytics to improve visitor-to-lead conversion.Partner with design, content, and development teams to implement conversion-focused updates across high-impact pages and lead capture paths.Develop and execute a robust SEO roadmap, including technical, on-page, and content optimization initiatives.Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO insights inform blog strategy, resource creation, and landing page development.Monitor keyword performance and site health, making recommendations for improvements based on analytics and search trends.Analytics, Reporting & InsightsBuild and maintain reporting to monitor web performance, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution.Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing Ops to ensure tracking, attribution, and funnel insights are accurate and actionable.Translate data into clear performance narratives that inform planning, prioritization, and team alignment.About You4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on demand generation, digital strategy, and conversion optimization.Proven success in owning website performance and leading SEO and CRO initiatives end-to-end.Experience building and leading campaigns from concept to execution cross-functionallyStrong track record of building a pipeline and driving bookings through marketing effortsData-driven and an overall analytical thinkerProficiency with tools such as 6sense, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Search Console, A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO), and marketing attribution tools.Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for testing, learning, and iterating.Collaborative communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.This role will ideally be located within a commutable distance of Indianapolis, Chicago, Boston OR Atlanta areas. The base salary range for this role is $120,000- $135,000.
