Are you a dynamic sales leader ready to make a real impact in a growing, employee-owned company? Employee Benefits Corporation is hiring for a Regional Sales Director to help grow our footprint across the Western United States. In this high-impact role, you'll drive growth by building strong relationships with brokers, agencies, carriers, employers, professional organizations, community organizations and contractors. You'll be the face of Employee Benefits Corporation in your region, promoting our suite of products and ensuring a seamless experience from prospecting to onboarding.Location: This will be a remote position. Open to candidates in Arizona, Oregon, Utah, Wyoming, or New Mexico.Responsibilities Include:Develop and grow a robust client base in your assigned territoryConsult with prospective brokers, employers, carriers and referral sources to design benefit plan solutions that include the products and services offered by Employee Benefits CorporationEstablish and foster working relationships with external clients and brokers, developing and sustaining a growing prospect pipelineRepresent company at industry events and tradeshowsRespond to RFP's and prepare service agreementsPromote and cross sell additional products and services to clients and brokersMaintain and proactively manage client communications, sales activities and data within CRM databaseQualifications:5+ years of experience selling through the broker channelExisting broker/client relationships in the Western U.S.Sales experience in health experience industryProven ability to develop and execute business development plansExceptional relationship building skills with customer focus mindsetStrong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skillsIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookExperience utilizing CRM systemsFamiliarity with training, conferencing, and virtual meeting technologiesAbility and willingness to travel frequently to client sites, meetings or conferences throughout the year that may require overnight staysPossession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportationWe offer:A friendly, collaborative team environmentA competitive compensation and benefits package that includes employee-ownershipOpportunities for personal and professional growthFlexible scheduling to encourage and support a healthy work-life balanceMore About Us:Employee Benefits Corporation administers a variety of employee benefits, from IRS-approved, tax-advantaged plans to COBRA and state-regulated continuation administration through informative education materials, dedicated reporting, creative plan design and expert customer support.
