Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $71,000.00/yr Company Description RéVive is a luxury skincare line founded by noted Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon Dr. Gregory Brown in 1997. Inspired by patented and Nobel Prize Winning science, RéVive's products are scientifically formulated to reduce visible signs of aging with Bio-Renewal Technology. RéVive can be found at , select specialty stores and luxury online retailers in the US, UK, and globally. Job Responsibilities BA Management: Responsible for the recruitment, training, and daily management of Beauty Advisors (BAs) within the assigned region. Develop and implement training programs to enhance BAs' professional sales techniques and product knowledge, ensuring efficient execution of sales tasks and achievement of individual/team sales targets. Monitor and evaluate BAs' performance, provide constructive feedback and coaching, and optimize team service quality. Expertise in Skincare & Sales Execution: Maintain in-depth knowledge of skincare products and demonstrate superior sales skills. Drive in-store sales directly by engaging with customers and delivering exceptional service. Key Account & Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key clients in the region. Conduct regular visits to understand client needs, address feedback, and strengthen business relationships. Event Execution & Coordination: Oversee end-to-end execution of in-store/offline events within the region. Lead event planning, including venue setup, material preparation, and staffing coordination. Ensure seamless on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues to guarantee successful delivery. Qualifications Experience & Skills: Minimum 3 years of offline beauty retail experience, with a deep understanding of market trends and sales models in the cosmetics industry. Proven track record in offline sales techniques and customer service, capable of handling diverse sales scenarios and client demands. Background as a beautician or skincare specialist is preferred. Personality Traits: Extroverted, proactive, and people-oriented (a /"big E/" personality). Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
