Peer39 is at the center of major challenges buyers are facing and offers a best-in-class, innovative product suite that directly addresses these challenges.Job Description:Peer39 is seeking a Regional Director with a demonstrated track record of success in programmatic CTV, Web or Mobile advertising technology or data sales, as well as intimate knowledge of the Chicago/Midwest market. This is a new role based in the Chicago market. The Regional Director will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, pitching, developing, and closing revenue opportunities with agencies, programmatic buying services, and brand clients in the Midwest region. This includes a broad range of Midmarket, Independent and Holding Company advertising agencies. The role requires you to be an evangelist, educator, and business consultant to our clients, placing you at the forefront of Peer39’s expansion and growth with its CTV activation and transparency solutions among the broader programmatic solutions offerings.This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing organization at the center of the contextual signal advertising market, providing real solutions to big challenges that buyers, advertisers, and platforms are facing.Some key characteristics we look for:Lifelong learners – intellectually curious in work and personal lifeStart-up mode – take initiative; minimal bureaucracyTeam player – prioritize team success over individual creditResponsibilities:Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Peer39 data by partnering with programmatic and video investment teams across advertisers and agencies, while collaborating with regional platforms and managed service companies.Understand and effectively communicate the Peer39 value proposition, technology stack, processes, and partnerships as they relate to the usefulness of Peer39’s solutions, helping clients achieve growth and success.Manage your own pipeline with CRM tools, Sales Automation, and internal sales development and account management resources for maximum efficiency and visibility, with follow-up to closure.Manage successful client executions, collaborating with internal partners and marketing teams to ensure ongoing high client satisfaction, renewals, and deep penetration of customer organizations for incremental business.Engage, prioritize, and develop strong, mutually valuable relationships at all levels with programmatic and data teams across advertisers, agencies, and their platforms to turn them into champions of Peer39’s products and support sales efforts that drive deal growth.Manage inter-team processes and escalations for the team and clients as needed to ensure efficient operation of the business and take front-line responsibility for decision-making about account and resource prioritization.Work closely with management/product teams to provide market and customer feedback for new products and feature prioritization.Achieve (or over-achieve) all sales targets.Requirements:5+ years of experience in programmatic technology or data sales, driving new business, with an exceptionally strong command of the CTV landscapeStrong background in programmatic and a deep understanding of the data ecosystem, its interconnectivity, and its usefulness for buying communitiesProven development of meaningful territory growth, management, and sales strategy across the Chicago and greater Midwest regionEagerness to work in a high-growth, rapidly evolving, team environment while being a self-starter, proactive territory leaderHigh level of curiosity to learn new technologies and become an expert resource for customersExceptional oral and written communication skillsHigh degree of creativity, self-motivation, and driveA BS or BA is requiredSeniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Technology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
