Opportunity Airbyte is seeking a Bay Area-based Mid Market Account Executive to join our sales team. This individual will be responsible for closing accounts (inbound and outbound) across our product lines. The role involves selling primarily to CTO / CIO organizations, with frequent interaction with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Heads of Engineering, Developers, Data Scientists, etc. Foundational knowledge of cloud infrastructure, the modern data stack, API-based data connections, and database replication is necessary, or the ability to learn quickly. New business and small deals will expand your client base, with potential growth into company-wide deployments. This is an opportunity to join a growing startup's sales team with a strong product-led growth approach. What You'll Do Manage the full deal cycle from qualification to closing, tracking towards quarterly quotas. Build and maintain relationships across your client portfolio. Participate in prospecting and outbound sales efforts. Provide feedback on customer needs, feature requests, and competitive intelligence to relevant teams. Maintain an up-to-date pipeline that exceeds quarterly quota. What You'll Need 4+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, Cloud, or Data sectors. Proven track record of quota attainment and overachievement. Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills. Positive, energetic attitude. Ability to both hunt and farm accounts. Alignment with our company values. Location San Francisco, onsite 3x/week. Salary $108,000 - $130,000 base + variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
