The role As we grow in the US, Europe, and beyond, we’re expanding our sales team to maximize demand for our product. This role will help accelerate growth, deepen customer engagement, and lay the groundwork for future team expansion in 2025. The AE will: Identify prospects from our product-led growth engine and upsell them to enterprise plans. Develop expertise on AI's impact and application in recruiting. Manage complex sales with multiple stakeholders from initial contact to closing. Provide market insights to founders and the product team for continuous improvement. Build a network with innovative companies. This is a career-defining opportunity to work closely with the CEO to shape our sales strategy and culture. You Have 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience. Have experience with complex sales, preferably to mid-market or small enterprise tech clients.
