Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Able to deeply understand customer pain points and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Strong ability to sell consultatively, positioning the company's product as a strategic partner in the customer’s success.Skilled at building long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Acts as a customer advocate, ensuring their needs are met while driving company fortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment, able to adapt to changing priorities, customer demands, and market conditions.Works closely with the team, proactively sharing insights, strategies, and best practices. Comfortable operating in a lean environment without established Marketing or Customer Success teams, taking the initiative to manage the full customer lifecycle—from prospecting to nurturing relationships post-sale. Willing to collaborate with leadership and other departments to fill gaps and drive company growth.Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement platforms, and data analysis tools to inform strategy and decision-making.
