You’ll shape how we create demand, capture interest, and convert pipeline across key markets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven programs that amplify our brand, accelerate inbound pipeline, and deliver measurable revenue impact. If you’re passionate about blending creativity with analytics, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are excited to roll up your sleeves to build something meaningful, this is the role for you.What You’ll DoPlan, implement, and measure multi-channel programs to drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and accelerated revenue. Include demand creation and demand capture; manage the full acquisition funnel with prioritization based on revenue impact.Develop creative initiatives including dark social content and thought leadership programs that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.Analyze multiple data sources (HubSpot, GA4, CommonRoom, etc.) to report results and provide spend recommendations. Combine data with actionable insights to drive revenue impact.Optimize ROI and qualified pipeline-to-marketing spend ratios, ensuring initiatives contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align messaging, reporting practices, customer journey initiatives, and customer insights.Establish foundational demand generation processes to scale the engine globally.Skills And Experience You’ll BringTo hit the ground running in this role you’ll need at least 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation in a SaaS environment, including:Demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (affiliate/partnerships, dark social, thought leadership, paid social, SEO, events, ABM, and email marketing).Hands-on experience in paid media platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, Reddit, X, and others.
