We are willing to offer relocation assistance for this opening.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for sales forecasting, pipeline management, and assessment of the overall health of the business in assigned regionsSet strategic and tactical direction for regionAssist the field sales team by joining advanced-staged sales meetings and helping to close businessWork closely with Local Market Presidents and functional leaders to drive and execute on growth strategyCoordinate with internal departments including Legal, Finance, Population Health, Network Development, Revenue Cycle Management, and MarketingWork with the Marketing team to align messaging throughout sales processDevelop and participate with training and development programs for the field sales team to raise industry and market knowledge as well as general sales acumenCollaborate with the Growth Operations Team to meet the needs of field sales teamsAttend and contribute to prospect eventsWorking with peers, assist with the design and development of the growth organizationSupervise and provide day to day management of a team of direct reports including RVPs and Senior Flex Directors80% local and/or national travel requiredOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred10+ years of healthcare sales experience; experience directly managing a field sales team requiredDemonstrated ability to lead and develop a field sales team to hit their sales goalsExperience managing the utilization of a CRM, preferably Salesforce, to segment markets, track activities, and manage sales pipelinesExperience developing and leading skills training and development activitiesMust provide reliable transportationMust comply with all HIPAA rules and regulationsInterpersonal Skills & AttributesExpresses ideas clearly and effectively, and has excellent written and verbal communication skillsPositive attitude toward company, work, clients, management, and team membersThe salary range for this role is $145,000.00-$150,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for a variable compensation plan with an additional target of $145,000.00-$150,000.00 and above & restricted stock units.
