The Role and What You’ll DoOversee the day-to-day partnership marketing & campaign activation with client’s cross-functional teams (partnerships, brands, media, PR, social, etc.) and relevant agency partners in connection with client’s entertainment partnershipsManage day-to-day oversight and execution of partnership assets/programs ensuring all elements are successfully deliveredResponsible for tracking partnership performance/recap reportsOversee yearly budgets/invoicing processes across multiple stakeholdersProvide strategic thinking and recommendations for client and agency at largeLiaise with wider global account team providing connectivity across all workstreamsLead and mentor direct reports You Have TheseA minimum of 5-7 years of agency, brand or client-based partnership account management experiencePrior experience in managing the development and implementation of marketing strategies and activations on behalf of a client or brandPrior experience managing a team/individualsPrior experience managing day-to-day relationships with clients, agencies, and vendorsExperience working within the Music Entertainment vertical required.Experience working in hospitality preferred.Understanding of, and practical experience with, event marketing operations and logisticsProven ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive resultsStrong ability to manage multiple projects across large cross-functional teams independently and diligently while delivering pre-defined goalsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with client/account management experience requiredAbility to think strategically and creatively, and to problem-solve independently and in groupsExcellent attention to detail, time management, written and oral communication skillsEnthusiastic and flexible team-first player with a proactive approachAbility to travel a minimum of 25% of the timeProficient in MS Office SuiteThis role will report into a Senior Director How we workWME Group is at the center of sports, media, entertainment, and fashion and is a largely relationship-based business. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
