OverviewENG is a BIM company that specializes in hands-on, field-focused BIM services. Founded in 2007, we are the largest BIM production service provider in the United States, with over 5,000 BIM projects and a team of more than 600 staff. We offer MEP Modeling and Coordination, VDC/BIM Management, and other BIM services to architects, engineers, and owners.The RoleWe are looking for Account Executives who will represent ENG with new and existing clients in the BIM or VDC industries, servicing top GCs and MEP contractors. You will work with a team of 15 in Sales & Marketing on end-to-end sales processes, from identifying new clients to securing deals and establishing long-term partnerships.Aspiring candidates must have experience in the Construction/BIM/VDC industries and must reside in the US. Experience required: 5-10 years.Top ResponsibilitiesDevelop business by expanding relationships with new clients and serving as their primary point of contact; target General Contractors and MEP subcontractors.Sell ENG’s MEP Modeling and Coordination services (and potentially other tech products) in a relationship-based, regional sales process.Identify new opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends; design sales strategies and deliver compelling presentations.Negotiate contracts and pricing terms for mutually beneficial agreements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.Monitor sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.Stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activities.Approximately 40% travel time (1-3 times per month, multiple days).Mandatory RequirementsProven track record in B2B sales, preferably in a senior account executive or similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport at all levels.Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.Willingness to travel as needed.BenefitsNo-Policy for PTO: Recharge with flexible paid time off when you need it.Wellness & Culture: Freedom and responsibility culture, healthy snacks, team celebrations.Continuous Learning: Programs to develop technical and soft skills.Work Equipment to Keep You Productive: We provide equipment for your workspace.Tech & Office Allowances: One-time allowances to upgrade gadgets and home office setup.Monthly Internet Allowance: Reimbursement for internet and related petitive Compensation: Includes fixed and variable pay, in USD.Growth in a flexible, innovative pensation will be in USD, commensurate with experience.Note: CV must be in English to be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
