OverviewSr. Sales Leader - Growth Driver, Industrial Water Treatment at ChemTreat. Reports to the Director, Northeast. This role is responsible for acquiring new customers by identifying, prioritizing, analyzing strategically, and developing/executing a sales plan using technical water treatment knowledge (water treatment systems such as boilers, cooling towers, RO, clarifiers, raw water and wastewater) and collaborating with Technical Staff and Account Managers to grow the business.ChemTreat, a Veralto company, is the nation’s largest and fastest-growing specialty chemical company dedicated to industrial water treatment. The Veralto network provides opportunities to build new skills, pursue ambitions, and grow your career while making an everyday impact on vital water resources.ResponsibilitiesProspect and generate new customer opportunities through outbound activities.Create and present effective proposals to prospective customers and communicate the ChemTreat value proposition.Help transition new business to the account management team when applicable.Entertain potential customers as appropriate.QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent dustry knowledge specific to water treatment.Bachelors of Science; Engineering or technical degree preferred.7+ years of successful water treatment-related pensation and BenefitsThe compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 USD per year, plus commission eligibility. This job is eligible for Commission Pay. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
