OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Group Account Director (GAD) to join our team. As the senior partner to the Chief Client Officer, you will guide a portfolio of high-profile accounts, inspire a team of account leaders, and ensure our agency consistently delivers innovative, integrated, and impactful work. You are a driving force behind client success, building trusted relationships, shaping strategic vision, and motivating cross functional teams. This role combines business leadership, people management, and financial stewardship, making it ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives on growing brands and empowering talent.ResponsibilitiesLead and grow three key client accounts while supporting broader business development opportunitiesMentor, coach, and oversee Account Directors ensuring strong client service and professional growthServe as a trusted senior advisor to clients, building long term partnerships and proactively anticipating their needsIdentify and secure new opportunities for growth, from expanding existing accounts through new projects/initiatives to winning new businessInspire and align cross functional teams (Strategy, Creative, Production, Media) to deliver integrated and high impact campaignsOversee account financials from annual budgets to SOWs ensuring profitability and efficiencyLead the annual business planning process for key accounts, setting the direction for growthPartner closely with the ELT to align client strategies with agency vision, ensuring strategic growth and measurable business outcomes across accountsRepresent the agency externally through thought leadership and industry engagementContribute to agency culture by fostering collaboration, inclusion, and innovationRequirements10-15+ years of account management experience, ideally within an integrated agency environmentProven track record of leading complex, senior level client relationships across multiple industriesStrong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, estimating, billing, and SOW developmentExpertise in developing integrated, full-funnel marketing and communications strategiesThe ability to manage multiple key accounts, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership styleAbility to inspire, develop, and mentor senior level talent while also partnering with ELTExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead at the executive levelExperience driving business development and securing new revenue opportunitiesStrategic thinker with strong analytics skills, able to translate data into insights and opportunitiesBenefitsRetirement Savings: Partner with Fidelity to secure your future with our comprehensive plan offering pretax and ROTH contributions.
