City Wide Facility Solutions is actively seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our talented team. In this position, you will be responsible for new business development in a highly competitive and sales-driven environment in the maintenance industry. You will handle the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing. Working closely with the operations and sales teams, the Sales Executive will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients. Our Sales Team is growing, and you'll have incredible opportunities to grow with us! If you are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about driving sales, we want to hear from you! Essential functions Identify and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals resulting in $7,000 sales per month. Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and making initial presentations. Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts. Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each week and make 250 sales calls each week, supplementing each call with follow-up emails, text messages, and/or social media activities. Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information. Maintain and manage your Top 100 list in the CRM. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred. 2-3 years of experience working in a B2B sales environment with a successful track record. “Hunter” sales acumen; goal-driven and self-motivated. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with CRM systems is required; Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. This is an in-person position. Candidate must reside in the Los Angeles area. City Wide Facility Solutions of West LA offers competitive compensation and opportunities for career growth. The role is a full-time, exempt, in-person position. Benefits include a 3% Safe Harbor 401k contribution, company contributions to health, vision, dental, and life insurance, along with generous PTO and paid holidays.
