Duie Pyle is looking for an experienced, Fleet Maintenance Shop Supervisor to join our Fleet Maintenance Department at our Bronx, NY shop. As the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee the maintenance and repair of Pyle equipment, coordinate work schedules, and monitor workflow distribution among employees. Why Pyle? We provide resources and stability to help you succeed. Main Responsibilities: Monitoring and coordinating daily work schedules; overseeing technician productivity and workflow across shifts. Maintaining all fleet equipment, including tractor trailers, heavy-duty trucks, and forklifts. Performing quality repair audits to ensure standards are met. Counseling employees and providing guidance on work-related issues. Maintaining a safe, OSHA-compliant work environment. Ensuring timely preventive and predictive maintenance. Managing road calls to minimize driver downtime. Communicating with operations leadership to fulfill equipment needs. Overseeing parts inventory and ordering. Filing and archiving shop documentation. High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck and material handling systems, with diagnostic skills. Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
