You will drive the sales strategy, manage the sales process, and support the success of your team.You willLead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high customer satisfaction.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities for team members.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to support sales initiatives.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Maintain a strong understanding of Glean’s products and services, and communicate their value to potential customers.About you5-10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in a sales management role.Experience selling at a startup or similar fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.A growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and pensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
