We are seeking a Director of Channel Sales to lead and expand our partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for owning the strategy, execution, and performance of all partner-based routes to market, including Systems Integrators, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs).The ideal candidate brings a strong background in field sales leadership, with deep experience in selling enterprise software and services. You will apply this expertise to build strategic, revenue-driving relationships that align with the company’s growth goals and customer needs.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the channel strategyBuild and strengthen strategic, high-impact partnerships with existing and new channel partnersExpand the partner ecosystem to address geographic, industry, and solution-specific growth areasLead joint business planning with partners to drive pipeline, bookings, and customer value across software and servicesOwn channel quota and drive both direct field sales collaboration and partner-led sales motionsInfluence partner-sourced and partner-assisted pipeline across the full customer lifecycleForecast and manage channel performance metrics, including pipeline generation, conversion, and partner engagementServe as the primary channel liaison to field sales leaders to ensure partner alignment on key opportunitiesContinuously refine the partner strategy based on market, customer, and technology trendsEnsure operational excellence in partner onboarding, enablement, performance management, and accountabilityRequirements:8+ years of progressive experience in channel and field sales with a minimum of 3 years at the director level or equivalentProven success in building and executing channel programs that drive software and services revenue in competitive marketsStrong understanding of indirect sales models, co-sell strategies, and partner business planningFamiliarity with solution selling methodologies and enterprise go-to-market frameworksDemonstrated ability to influence internal stakeholders and executive leadershipDeep experience in managing metrics-driven partner programs that yield measurable growthComfortable using data to guide strategy and operational decision-making #J-18808-Ljbffr
