As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales growth within the market. This role assists in the growth of the company while meeting customer’s needs.ResponsibilitiesMonitor account satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to ensure high levels of account retentionRegularly communicate with accounts to proactively address concerns, gather feedback and identify opportunities for account growthCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.QualificationsPrevious experience in account management or a similar role.Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and able to multitask.Perform other duties, as assigned, appropriate to the positionSkillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.A sales-oriented mindset with a steadfast focus on customer satisfaction.Titan OS is always looking for a few more exceptional team members who share our passion for excellence.
