This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the founding team, influence sales processes, and shape our team’s culture. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, directly impacting our business, customers, and culture.ResponsibilitiesSource prospects, develop opportunities, and sell mabl's Test Automation Platform through outbound campaigns.Achieve individual and team sales quotas monthly, quarterly, and annually.Develop skills in lead generation and demos.Educate customers via conversations, demos, and presentations.Identify business needs, technical requirements, and purchasing processes.Promote mabl’s core functionalities and stay updated on market trends.Accurately document activities in Salesforce.Travel to trade shows and key accounts as needed.Qualifications2-5+ years of direct SaaS sales experience targeting technical buyers such as QA engineers, developers, or IT operations.Proven ability to close transactions over $25K.Knowledge of CI/CD, testing, or development markets.Experience in prospecting, creating opportunities, and closing sales.Ability to articulate ROI and establish credibility with executive buyers.Strong technical understanding and communication skills.Experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPIC methodologies is a plus.Working at mablHybrid and remote work options available globally.80+ employees across 4 countries and 3 continents.Annual team gatherings and opportunities to visit our Boston office.Active Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.Award-winning culture recognized by BuiltIn, Boston Globe, and prehensive benefits including parental leave, health benefits, and wellness programs.About Usmabl is a leader in AI-driven, low-code test automation for high-velocity software teams.
