This individual will partner with the respective concession managers for our designated teams at our wholesale points of distribution for our markets (Northeast). They will ensure that all points of distribution are operating smoothly and act as a direct filter between the Senior Manager, Concession and Senior Director of Wholesale & Concession– Women’s to ensure that they have the resources needed (people, products, facilities, operations, and visual merchandising) to ensure that our businesses run successfully.What You’ll Do:Acting as the day-to-day point of contact and in-store support for all Brand Managers and DSA’s for our localized teams in our wholesale and concession accounts.Drive strategy for multiple concessions/wholesale business locationsGuide and train Brand Managers/DSA’s and their respective teams on product, POS, and anything related to the store businessLead product training to ensure team members are well-versed on the product and the overall brand DNAEnsure that all points of distribution maintain brand standards in the realms of people, product, and visual merchandisingPartner with Marketing and PR teams for planning and execution of events, relevant press activity, and local networking opportunitiesMaintain and deliver sales and productivity reports by storeMeet with buying teams to ensure products are replenished and in storesPartner with the Human Resources to maintain employee relations and team developmentCreate business opportunities to maximize profitabilityMaintain strict confidentiality of company and wholesale information and strategy.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree preferred, High School Diploma Required6-8 years of multi-store management, concession, or account experience50% travelTeam player who can thrive in a relationship-driven environmentThrive on working collaboratively with team members across the companyConvey a positive can-do attitude towards tackling problemsPassionate, driven, and can act as a representation of the brandAbility to develop relationships with local customers and the communityExemplary people management skillsAbility to drive strategic goals for the businessCommercial acumenElevated communication skills with the ability to speak to leadership as well as store teamsAbility to prioritize multiple projects effectively to deliver timely and impactful resultsEEOCBrunello Cucinelli is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.As required by New York City salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position starts at $50,000.
