We combine language models with human ingenuity to push the boundaries of software development efficiency and quality.Role OverviewWith tremendous adoption from the developer community, we’re looking to hire an Account Executive to help build and scale our Expansion Sales team. This role will play an integral part in building the Expansion Sales organization from the ground up, working alongside our Founders and GTM Executive team.This role requires ownership of the entire sales cycle as well as direct revenue responsibility for achieving and exceeding our sales goals. The role requires a deep technical understanding and curiosity to serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customersKey ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, qualify, and close expansion sales opportunities within our existing customer accounts into closed-won business and ultimately happy CodeRabbit customers/advocatesBring a data analytical mindset by focusing on how to maximize the potential value CodeRabbit can deliver to our customers through higher product utilizationManage active sales pipeline while also improving and maturing our Expansion Sales processes and playbookBecome a product expert and understand all components of CodeRabbitRelentlessly focus on solving customer needs and challenges by effectively communicating specific benefits of CodeRabbit through a combination of sales discussions, product demos, and POVsCollect and share product insights from prospect feedback with our Product/Engineering teams to improve the product experienceWhat You’ll Bring to the Team:Have had a closing and quota-carrying role for at least 2-5 years, while consistently exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsBe highly empathetic to customers, while demonstrating a curiosity to help with solving their problemsPossess technical competency to understand CodeRabbit’s software and build strong relationships with highly technical prospects and key business stakeholdersWilling to go the extra mile with a strong work-ethic and entrepreneurial mindset; being self-directed and resourcefulComfortable working quickly and efficiently, confident dealing with ambiguity, and desire to help shape our Expansion Sales playbookA relentless pursuit to constantly learn and improve through coaching and collaborationBeing enthusiastic about making a large impact early on at a start-upBonus:Familiarity with AI, developer, and open source technologiesHave experience in a Product Led Growth (PLG) companyWhy Join CodeRabbit Now:A unique opportunity to build a category-defining company across the GenAI ecosystemTremendous product-led growth (PLG) motion and adoption.
