With early traction from powerhouses like Palantir, MongoDB, and Ethereum, they’re already generating serious revenue, and now gearing up for the next phase of growth.They’re now hiring top-tier (Senior) Account Executives to help scale new business on the West Coast. This is a unique chance to own meaningful enterprise relationships at a company solving a real, painful problem for software teams. Why this is different:The tech is highly differentiated, with provable value for engineering-heavy orgsYou’ll be selling directly to dev leaders, CTOs, and principal engineers, not IT buyersThe company is 5 years in, revenue-generating, and backed by some of the best in the businessThe founders are deeply technical, and the product is gaining love from some of the hardest-to-impress buyers in the industryEvery AE gets direct visibility with leadership, and each deal shapes the future of the platform What you’ll do:Drive full-cycle enterprise sales — from prospecting through closeManage relationships with senior technical stakeholders at growth-stage and enterprise companiesClearly articulate a highly technical value prop to both engineers and execsCollaborate tightly with product, engineering, and customer success to ensure strong deliveryBuild strategic account plans to hit (and exceed) revenue goals What you’ll bring:Experience selling to technical buyers (bonus if you have a pre-sales or engineering background)Proven ability to close complex enterprise dealsHunger to build something early, and get rewarded for itCuriosity, grit, and a sharp commercial instinctCompetitive base + 10% uncapped commission + higher banding for large deals and being above targetEquity in a fast-scaling deep-tech companyClear team revenue target of $15M by 2025 — you’ll be a key part of that journeyBacking from tier-1 investors, strong customer proof, and huge market potentialThis is not your typical SaaS AE role.
