Role Purpose:The Head of Sales - Americas is responsible for leading and scaling Jumio’s global new business sales organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives across all key verticals, including Gaming, Financial Services, Sharing Economy, Travel, and more. This role will oversee the execution of Jumio’s go-to-market strategy, drive enterprise customer acquisition, and lead a high-performing team of sales professionals to exceed revenue goals. A strong sales engine, led by this role, will amplify Jumio’s market leadership and continue to deliver meaningful innovation to our customers.Responsibilities:Lead and grow a world-class new business sales team across key regions and verticalsDefine and execute Jumio’s enterprise sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue and growth targetsDrive accountability and performance through data-driven coaching, KPIs, and forecasting disciplineOwn pipeline development and revenue forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency across the organizationCollaborate closely with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership to deliver integrated, customer-first go-to-market executionEstablish scalable processes and best practices for enterprise sales execution, including deal reviews, enablement, and competitive positioningCultivate executive-level customer and partner relationships to support strategic pursuits and long-term expansionRepresent Jumio at industry events, partner summits, and customer engagements to elevate the company’s presence and brandHire, onboard, and retain top talent while building a high-performance, diverse, and inclusive sales cultureDrive continuous improvement in pipeline quality, sales efficiency, and conversion ratesExperience and Qualifications:10+ years of enterprise software sales leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams across geographies5+ years leading quota-carrying teams selling complex software or SaaS solutions with deal sizes ranging from $500K to $10M+Demonstrated success scaling revenue and building repeatable enterprise sales processes in a high-growth B2B environmentDeep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)Ability to develop and execute GTM plans aligned with company goals and market dynamicsExceptional executive presence, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience working in a matrixed, collaborative environment and partnering cross-functionally across product, marketing, finance, and customer successGreat to Have Experience and Qualifications:Background in the identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance, or cybersecurity industriesExperience selling into regulated industries such as Gaming, Fintech, or Financial ServicesKnowledge of IDV, AML, and KYC markets and competitorsExperience managing geographically distributed teams and international marketsCompensation:The hiring range for this position is from $185,000 to $250,000 base. This is based on Jumio’s US national salary band for the role.
