By joining Findem, you will have the unique opportunity to help define what the future of HR looks like for every business.Why We Need You:As our Director of Account Management, you’ll own the strategy and execution behind retaining and expanding our client base with a focus on leading a high-performing team to drive renewals, upsells, and world-class client relationships. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring sharp leadership to reduce churn, boost revenue, and elevate the AM function into a true growth engine. With a focus on people, process, and performance, you’ll be the architect of our client success story.What You'll Do:Lead and mentor the Account Management team to achieve client renewals, upsell targets, and overall revenue growth, ensuring churn remains lowOversee the creation, execution, and evaluation of strategic sales plans, guiding the team to deliver measurable resultsDirect the team’s research, analysis, and reporting on market trends and customer data to inform strategy and uncover growth opportunitiesPartner with and influence cross-functional teams, serving as the primary departmental leader and advocateRecruit, develop, and evaluate team members to build a high-performance culture and ensure ongoing professional growthYour Working Experience:Strong background in Account Management within a SaaS environment, with a knack for building lasting client relationshipsStrong sales and client success skills, you know how to spot opportunities and turn them into winsProven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing teamA track record of successfully renewing even the most at-risk accountsBonus points if you’ve worked with enterprise clients in the Talent Acquisition space—or the HR industry more broadlyWhat Makes You a Great Fit:Familiarity with talent acquisition, HR tech, or recruiting technology is highly desirableKnowledge of how enterprise recruiting teams operate, including challenges around passive sourcing, pipeline nurturing, and DEI goalsBenefits & Perks:Competitive base + performance-based compensationUnlimited PTOGenerous healthcare coverage for you and your familyHome office and productivity setup stipendProfessional development budget and executive coaching accessEquity grants that align your success with oursWe’re an Equal Opportunity EmployerWe believe that a diverse team builds better solutions. The base salary for this role is listed below by location, and the exact amount offered will depend on your skills, experience, and work location.
