OverviewJoin to apply for the Dir Regional Sales UL and XR role at Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc.This is a remote position. The selected candidate will be required to live in the West Market for Canon.ResponsibilitiesMotivate Account Executives (AEs) to sell UL/XR solutions by informing them about products, competition, positioning and marketing.Responsible for the Ultrasound (UL) and X-Ray (XR) bookings and billings performance within the assigned region. Assist Region VP and VP UL/XR in achieving established gross margin targets for the UL/XR product line.Provide the UL and XR Business Unit with competitive information, market trends, sales and service pricing, training needs and the like.Develop and implement market penetration strategies to increase regional UL/XR sales and revenue. Leverage competitive analysis and market research to develop sales strategies that will ensure UL/XR sales success.Provide direct supervision to the field UL/XR Regional Business Managers for the assigned region.Work closely with the Sales Training department to develop sales training material and programs to enhance UL/XR knowledge of the regional sales teams.Create and deliver high-impact UL/XR sales presentations when needed.Work closely with Regional Financial Manager to drive financial solutions with the UL/XR Regional Business Management team.Attend regional meetings to support UL/XR Regional Business Manager product/sales strategy presentations and training needs.Provide regional field support for large, strategic customers and significant transactions, including IDNs, academics, and luminaries. This support may include setting sales strategies, delivering product presentations, or being part of site visits.Collaborate with the Strategic Business Group to drive UL/XR strategies within the assigned region.QualificationsExcellent understanding of current and emerging UL/XR products and technology.Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategic plans that improve business operations, profitability and efficiency.Strong verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, organizational and Business Analytics puter proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong presentation and platform skills.Prior sales personnel management experience desired.Demonstrated leadership and influence across functional areas.Excellence in presentation skills, negotiations, problem-solving, team building, and communications.4 Year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.10 years diagnostic imaging sales including UL experience.15+ years prior management experience.Pay Information: Base Salary of $190,000 (annual equivalency) plus incentive.Employment typeFull-timeSeniority levelMid-Senior levelIndustriesMedical Equipment Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
