Key Must-haves Proven Sales Management / Leadership experience Prior Enterprise Market Software sales experience Financial or Accounting SaaS experience Job Overview We are looking for a driven, career-oriented Sales Leader for our Atlanta-based Financial SaaS client to lead their Enterprise direct sales team. The ideal person is someone who has managed a sales team of enterprise account executives at a Financial or Accounting SaaS company and has prior Enterprise market SaaS sales experience. In this role, you will lead, manage, develop, and coach the Senior Account Executives and enable them to grow new sales opportunities in the Enterprise Market. This permanent/full-time position is 100% remote, but the person must be in the Eastern or Central time zones. Responsibilities Improve sales productivity by enabling smarter work practices and ensuring adherence to the sales process. Monitor key performance metrics, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and quota achievement. Support onboarding and training of new sales hires on all sales tools and applications. Contribute to the design and enhancement of sales onboarding programs. Optimize customer segmentation and support effective territory management. Conduct regular check-ins with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, Client Success, and other stakeholders to review pipeline health, track progress against goals, and address potential issues. Collaborate with Sales Operations Managers to manage and improve Salesforce (CRM) and other sales enablement platforms. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data within Salesforce (CRM). Identify, develop, and implement process improvements across the Sales organization. Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline reports. Ensure adherence to sales processes in partnership with Senior Account Executives. Partner with the Chief Sales Officer to develop and maintain sales forecasting models. Assist the Chief Sales Officer with pipeline reviews, opportunity inspections, and deal strategy sessions. What You Need To Have Experience as a Sales leader in a SaaS organization 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Market (Fortune 1000) Software Sales Experience selling Financial or Accounting SaaS Financial acumen is a must Accustomed to long, complex sales cycles Driven, gritty, and tenacious BS/BA degree is preferred Pay The compensation consists of a Base Salary ($175k,000 to $180,000) plus Commission and a Bonus (OTE – $350K+). The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differential; compensation decisions depend on skills and experience.
