Whether it's stepping behind the counter during a rush, coaching a shift lead, or supporting a grand opening or local event, you'll be a key part of keeping our shops running smoothly and our team feeling supported.What You'll DoTravel between 3 store locations on a rotating or as-needed basisSupport store managers with daily operations, staffing, and trainingFill in for leadership gaps (vacations, call-outs, transitions)Identify operational inefficiencies and help implement improvementsHelp onboard and train new staff, including instilling Ben & Jerry's brand valuesEnsure each shop delivers consistent, euphoric guest experiencesMonitor store performance and provide feedback to GMs and upper leadershipRepresent the brand at community events or in-store promotions as neededWhat We're Looking For2+ years of experience in food service or retail management (multi-unit experience a plus!)A flexible, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude you're not afraid to scoop ice cream, scrub counters, or lead a team meetingExcellent people skills and team leadership experienceStrong problem-solving and time management abilitiesReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseWillingness to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal hoursWhy Ben & Jerry's?We're more than just ice cream we're about joy, justice, and building a better community.
