Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yrFounding Account Executive Opportunity – B2B SaaSLocation: San Fran - hybridI’m partnering with a well-funded, early-stage startup that has built a next-generation AI platform and is backed by top-tier VCs. They’ve already achieved rapid ARR growth through founder-led sales, and now they’re making their first strategic sales hires.This is an opportunity to join as a Founding Account Executive, working directly with the CEO and leadership team to help shape the company’s go-to-market strategy and build a repeatable sales motion from the ground up.What you’ll doOwn the full sales cycle: from outbound sourcing, to first meeting, to closed-won.Acquire new logos and drive revenue growth through creative sales strategies.Build pipeline via outbound, inbound, events, and partnerships.Work closely with founders, product, and engineering to keep a tight feedback loop.Help lay the foundation for the future sales organization as the company scales.What they’re looking for3–5 years of experience as an AE in early or growth-stage B2B software.Prior SDR/BDR experience is a plus.Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding quota.Excited about working in-office in San Francisco (3+ days a week).A builder’s mindset – ready to take what’s working and develop it into a repeatable playbook.Why this role is excitingJoin a small, high-caliber team with backgrounds at companies like Palantir, Uber, AWS, McKinsey, Microsoft, and Asana.Directly influence sales strategy and company petitive compensation package plus fully covered health, dental, and vision insurance, parental leave, unlimited PTO, and wellness benefits.Sounding interesting?
