Retail Director - West (CPG/Grocery)

Overview Retail Director - West (CPG/Grocery) at Acosta. The Retail Director is responsible for the coordination and development of the Retail Sales and Merchandising Organization for the market/team. They lead, manage and coach the activities of the Retail Sales Managers and Unit Managers to achieve the sales and merchandising objectives for the company and clients. The role also involves managing Retail Sales Managers to ensure retail teams achieve client goals, and measuring success by effectively managing the teams and positively impacting sales within the region. Manages direct reports.
