Senior Staff Electrical Engineer

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join the innovative team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing ASIC design specifications, collaborating with 3rd party design partners, and performing detailed analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit analysis and validation, with a strong focus on custom integrated circuits.Key Responsibilities:Develop ASIC design specifications to define technical requirements and performance metrics for 3rd party ASIC design partners.Collaborate with external partners and internal cross-functional teams to ensure ASIC designs meet performance, cost, and schedule requirements.Conduct detailed analysis and validation of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits with a focus on custom integrated circuits.Utilize industry-standard tools and methodologies for circuit simulation, analysis, and validation.Support design reviews, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ASIC design, circuit analysis, and validation.Proficiency in analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design and analysis.Hands-on experience with custom integrated circuits and working with ASIC design partners.Strong understanding of industry-standard tools for circuit simulation and verification.Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMedical Equipment Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
