MEP Project Manager - Mechanical Construction

Overview We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires experience overseeing HVAC, plumbing, and piping scopes on complex builds, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, change orders, subcontractors, and field teams while serving as the primary liaison between clients, general contractors, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of mechanical systems, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive project success while maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities Lead large-scale commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
