You'll partner closely with hiring managers, understand their gaps, and design hiring strategies around those needs. You're a trusted partner shaping not only who we hire, but how we hire. From building scalable interview frameworks to creating a candidate experience that reflects our values, the team lays the foundation for Relativity's long-term success.About the Role:Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a full lifecycle, Senior Technical Recruiter to build collaborative relationships with hiring managers, understand hiring goals, and develop recruiting strategies to meet them effectively. We have multiple openings supporting teams such as Engine Manufacturing Engineering, Structures Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Engineering based in Long Beach. You will partner with hiring managers, understand their teams and projects, and be responsible for sourcing, managing, and closing high-performing candidates.You will become a subject matter expert in hardware technical recruiting and work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to define and identify top talent in this field.You will collaborate with the sourcing team to develop creative strategies for engaging passive candidates, leveraging your industry expertise and data to close candidates effectively.You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and interview teams within the Manufacturing Engineering department.You will develop ideas and strategies to improve the recruiting funnel, enhance and build equitable interview processes, research and implement new tools, and stay updated on industry trends and market data.You will advocate for providing an excellent candidate experience and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.Onsite requirements: The role will start as hybrid, with eventual expectation to work onsite.About You:5+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience at fast-scaling companies.Extensive experience sourcing passive candidates and filling senior-level roles.Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to develop and implement hiring strategies.Ability to influence hiring strategies through data analysis and reporting.Experience negotiating offers and employing creative closing strategies.Experience improving recruiting processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Nice to haves:Experience recruiting for hardware and manufacturing teams that have scaled rapidly.Experience recruiting for both high-volume non-exempt and niche exempt roles.Ability to switch between different engineering departments quickly.At Relativity Space, we are committed to transparency and fairness in compensation.
